The City of Holland plans to break ground on a new community bike park in the spring of 2026.  Currently referred to as the Holland Bike Park, this new park will be located at 97 N River Ave, just north of the Unity Bridge. The bike park is scheduled to break ground in Summer 2026 and will include two pump tracks totaling approximately 600 linear feet. Phase 2 is currently in the design phase and is anticipated to add a skill course, common area, and site lighting. A completion date for Phase 2 has not yet been established.

Fundraising

Velo Kids Inc. has created a dedicated Bike Park Fund, ensuring that all contributions directly support the development of the Bike Park project. The park will initially feature approximately 600 feet of asphalt pump track near a community gathering space. As interest and investment grow, additional trails and features will be added. Located at 97 N River Ave Holland, MI 49424. The City of Holland plans to break ground on a Community Bike Park in the Spring of 2026. The City of Holland is projecting to provide a base of $700,000 for this project and is awaiting the results of a $250,000 grant application. To help enhance the Bike Park, Velo Kids Inc. is working to raise an additional $700,000.
